Grilled Chicken Legs Recipe
Many of my viewers have been asking for chicken recipes..Its been a while since I posted chicken recipes. So here I am with an awesome simple chicken dish that taste heavenly. I made this last week for dinner and we had it with some Butter Naan, I had a recipe for Wheat Naan in my blog, you can try that too. My sisters loved it so much and they told me to make it again. This can be made in a barbeque or grill, since I don’t own one. My little OTG oven helped me.

Chicken looks very spicy and very tempting. One small suggestion for you. i think you have used the ginger with its skin. i read in an article we should not use fresh ginger with its skin. it is sometimes poisonous. so just scrap the skin of ginger and use it.

Hey arthi your recipes are quite easy and lovely .. i am new to non-veg dept and have purchased an otg couple o days ago .. i cooked the grilled chicken following the instructions (i used pieces of chicken breast though) but my chicken was chewy 🙁 ...help please will be waiting for ur reply :)thanku
Reply
Aarthi
@ramyaChicken breast tends to get chewy and touch when cooked for too long. Since it gets cooked quicker, you have to reduce the cooking time while you cook chicken breast

Hi Aarthi. I love looking at your recipes, makes me hungry 🙂 they are easy to follow and turn out delicious. Just one thing, for grilled chicken, do we need to cook it for 20 mins each side? Won't it get tough and chewy?
Reply
Aarthi
@Anonymousit depends on the size of the chicken..if you are using larger it will take time, if you use small piece then the time will be less

Hi Aarthi,
I tried grilled chicken today in my lg 32l microwave convection oven and it turned out hard and dry. I didn't preheat the oven and cooked the chicken for 20mins. Why it went hard? How can I get soft and moist chicken?
Reply
Aarthi
U have to preheat oven and also grill the chicken. Did you cook on microwave mode.

I'm not sure. Which mode should I cook? By the way I'm new to microwave oven. Thanks for responding!
